Passport with validity of more than six months.
1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used
1 Recent passport size colour photograph with white background.
Covering letter with name and passport no. And it should be addressed " The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of China, New Delhi".
Spouse or parents passport copy(first page or last page), visa copy and work permit card.
Medical form duly filled.
One way confirmed Air Ticket.

	1.) Rs.1000/- (Single Entry) Normal, Rs. 1900/- Urgent 2.) Rs. 1500/- (Double Entry) Normal, Rs. 2400/- Urgent 3.) Rs. 2000/- Multiple Entry for 6 months(Normal) Rs. 2900/- Urgent 4.) Rs. 3000/- Multiple Entry for 1 Year (Normal) Rs. 3900/- Urgent (5) VFS CHARGES: NORMAL - INR 502 PER PASSENGER URGENT - INR 651 PER PASSENGER
Time Taken:	Minimum 4 working days.
Submission:	Monday - Friday (at VFS)
Time:	Urgent: 9.00am - 11.00am Normal: 11:00am to 2:00pm
Collection:	Monday - Friday(at VFS)
Time:	3.00pm - 06.30pm
