Mexico Crew/Seamen Visa requirements

• Passport with validity of more than six months.
• 3 Visa application form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used
• 3 Recent passport size colour photographs with a light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Undergo an Interview with our Consular Officer.
• Present continuous Discharge Certificate/SEAMEN'S BOOK updated.
• Contract signed by the applicant with both the Shipping companies involve in the enrolment of the
• SEA MEN or CREW MEMBER.
• A copy of your company's legal registration with appropriate authorities of your country.
• Confirmed letter of support from Mexican Shipping Company taking full responsibility of your enrolment in the Ship and at the port of Embarkation. This has to be sent to the Embassy's fax no.+91-011-4107185 from Mexico.
• Valid visas for the countries you are in transit before arrival in Mexico and on the return trip to India.
• Written proof of having established previous contacts with CREW MEXICAN SHIPPING COMPANIES for the specific purpose in your contract with the shipping Co.
• A Copy of your company's legal registration with appropriate authorities of your country and, if possible membership in any Chamber of Commerce and /Industry.
• A copy of your company's financial Bank Statements or any other statement of financial solvency.

Note:- Personal Presence of the applicant is Mandatory.

Note: - Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
