Paraguay Tourist Visa requirements

At the time of the submission of the application, except for the Visa Application form and passport size photographs, rest all the documents needs to be submitted in photocopies.

  • 2 Photocopies of the valid passport (1, 2 and last page) - Kindly note that the passport should be valid for more than six months.
  • 2 Visa application forms duly filled in and signed- Photocopies of the filled in form would not be accepted.
  • 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with white background.
  • Round-trip tickets, the travel itinerary, in advance, with confirmed bookings.
  • Invitation Letter, from Paraguay, if any...
  • 2 Photocopies of Original Police Record Certificate, duly notarized and legalized by the Ministry of External Affairs, of the Government of India.
  • Proof of economic solvency. Bank statement, from last 6 months (+2 copies) or 2 copies of Credit Card.

    Others: -
    1. For those participating in conferences and seminars or artistic or sports events, 2 photocopies of the invitation letter are required.
    2. For Indian nationals, who reside in Paraguay, if they marry in India and wish to return to Paraguay with their spouses, they should present their Civil Marriage Certificate from the off. of the Registrar of Marriages, duly Notarized and legalized by the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India.
    3. For people not of Indian Nationality : Besides these,(1 to 7) they have to fulfill the following:
    a) It will be necessary to bring photocopy of Indian VISA and immigriation stamp of entry into India, if it's that country requirement.
    b) Police Clearance Certificate from applicant's country or last residence, duly notarized and legalized by the Ministry of External Affairs.

2.)Rs. 3,185/- for Multiple Entry

15-45 days for processing after receipt of completion.

Kindly Note: - An interview would be set by the Embassy after processing the visa and the applicant will have to attend the interview in person
