Paraguay Business Visa requirements

At the time of the submission of the application, except for the Visa Application form and passport size photographs, rest all the documenst needs to be submitted in photocopies.

• 2 Photocopies of the valid passport (1, 2 and last page) - Kindly note that the passport should be valid for more than six months.
  
• 2 Visa application form duly filled in and signed- Photocopies of the filled in form would not be accepted.
  
• 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with white background.
  
• Covering letter from the applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  
• 2 Photocopies of the Invitation Letter from the counterpart in Paraguay.
  
• 2 Photocopies of the "Trade License Number" and duration of validity.
  
• 2 Photocopies of Original Police Record Certificate.
  
  Others: -
  For those participating in conferences and seminars or artistic or sports events, 2 photocopies of the invitation letter are required.

Kindly Note: - An interview would be set by the Embassy after processing the visa and the applicant will have to attend the interview in person

Note: - Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
