Switzerland Dependent Visa requirements

• Passport which has to be valid at least for three months beyond the stay in switzerland
  
• PhotoCopy of the passport (pages: First and the last page)
• Your Previous passports, if available.
  
• 3 Visa application form duly Filled and signed by the applicant
  
• 4 new passport sized coloured photographs (size 35-40mm in width). Stapled or pinned photographs are not acceptable.
  
• Return air ticket to india
• The required visa (Visa fee is Euro 60, fees to be paid in the national currency of the country in which application is made) and postal fees 300/-
  
• If you have been refused by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 3years Written explanation about the reason for the trip and refusal and the copy of refusal from the concerned Embassy or High Commission.
• L or B permit copy of the Husband/sponsor.
• Contract copy of the employment of the husband/sponsor.
• Original Marriage certificate (legalised by Ministry of External Affairs).
• Original Birth Certificate of the dependent child (legalised by Ministry of External Affairs).
• Evidence of your (or husband / sponsor) financial status:
  - bank books, - statements for the last 3 months (photocopies, A4 size only), -recent income tax return.
• If you are employed
  - letter from the employer (non - objection certificate)
  - pay slips
• If you are self employed
  - provide your company documentation: company registration, partnership deed, tax registration and certificates.
• Disclaimer form(Download) and Declaration form(Download) required.

Note :Incase the passengers submits the application himself in the Embassy then the processing time will be 5 workings days

Note: - Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
