Due to heavy season rush we would like to request you to kindly forward visa fee draft (whereever applicable) in favor of the respective embassy or Cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Udaan India Private Ltd." along with the documents for timely submission.
DD's will be made on receipt of the advance only. As we keep Limited stock of DD's with us, priority will be given to those cases whose payments have been received in advance.
Payment Procedure
Please ensure the following when the documents are sent:-
You can deposit the requisite amount by Telegraphic transfer to our ICICI Bank(A/C no. - 002905001044) Greater Kailash-1,New Delhi or HDFC Bank(A/c no: 06788630000070) Bikaji Ansal chamber - I , New Delhi & the same has to be intimated to our accounts branch immediately by fax (Fax No-011-26160606) or scan & email the receipt to sanjay@udaanindia.com
- We will forward the bills on daily basis with the documents. Incase the bills are not received or has discrepancy kindly intimate the same to our accounts team via email- accounts@udaanindia.com.
- Incase you have received any communication which does not pertain to your case kindly intimate the same to us forthwith to enable us to take corrective action.
- If we do not receive the advance payment along with the documents we will send a reminder immediately and if no action is taken at your end we will be constrained to hold the processing of your documents.
- All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
We would also like to remind you of a few aspects which need your immediate action to avoid inconvenience at our end-
- A number of times documents are received without the "ENCLOSURE FORM" thus necessitating the same to be made at our end.
