Please refer to the below mentioned information for the latest updates:

SWITZERLAND UPDATE

With immediate effect VFS-Switzerland visa section will be accepting 5 cases only per agent due to heavy season rush, so please forward documents much in advance, as of now embassy is taking 6-7 working days after submission at VFS.

We will be submitting your cases departure wise and also on first come first serve basis.


SCHENGEN UPDATE

As the season for travelers and Embassies is on peak, so we advice you to please apply your cases well in advance with complete documentation. All first time travelers to Schengen countries need to apply 4 weeks in advance as embassy might call them for an interview.

This is to inform you that now Embassies are very particular regarding photo specifications. Common Photo specification for all Schengen countries are:

The photograph must be:

  • Not more than 6-months old.
  • Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70-80% of the photograph.
  • In sharp focus and clear
  • of high quality with no ink marks or creases.
  • have appropriate brightness and contrast.
  • printed on high quality paper, and at high resolution.
  • Show your eyes open and clearly visible - no hair across your eyes.
  • The photograph must show your eyes clearly with no flash reflection off the glasses, and no tinted lenses.
  • Head cover is not permitted except for religious reasons.
  • Show your skin tone naturally.
  • Scanned photographs will not be accepted.
 


AUSTRIA PHOTO SPECIFICATION

Photograph must be:

  • taken on a plain light coloured background.
  • 35-40mm in width

SWEDEN PHOTO SPECIFICATION

Photographs:

  • It should have a white background.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 cm in size.

UDAAN UPDATE:

All emails sent on udaan@udaanindia.com after 7:00pm for tickets or any additional documents should also be c.c on nirupam@udaanindia.com and harpreet@udaanindia.com In your mails please mention the reference no. of your case and try sending all documents together as attachments in one mail and ensure you receive acknowledgement from us.

We request you to kindly forward visa fee draft (where ever applicable) in favor of the respective embassy or Cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Udaan India Private Ltd." along with the documents for timely submission.

DD's will be made on receipt of the advance only. As we keep Limited stock of DD's with us, priority will be given to those cases whose payments have been received in advance.
