Request for the Visa Extension on the Business letter head
stating that the reason for the extension of Visa.

Accomodation proof in India
5.) Undertraking from the Invitee Indian
Company.

OCI CARD ASSISTANCE-Documents Required
1.) OCI FORM-The applicant can be
made online my visiting http://www.mha.nic.in/
2.) Original Passport with valid Indian Visa
3.)
Cancelled Indian passport of the Applicant or of the Mother Or
Father
4.) Birth Certificate of the Applicant or of the Mother Or
Father
5.) DD of Rs 12,650 in Favor of P&AO(Main Secretariat)
MEA incase the applicant holds a PIO Card then the DD will be of Rs
1,250
PIO CARD
ASSISTANCE-Documents Required
1.) PIO form
2.) Copy of Valid Passport and
Visa
3.) Copy of Residential Permit & Registration
Certificate
4.)Cancelled Indian Passport OR the birth
certificate OR Mother/Father Indian Passport copy
5.) DD of
Rs 15000 in Favor of FRRO,Delhi. Incase the applicant is minor
then the Fee will be Rs 7500
5.) Husband OR Wifes Indian passport and
Marriage Certificate issued by the Indian Authorities
