Notification and Reminder of Visa Submission Procedure

1:- Please be reminded that by submitting visa application through the SAVE system ,your company shall be deemed to have accepted its ‘Terms of Use’.

2:- As stated in the ‘terms of use’ all application submitted into the SAVE system is payable . this office will strictly administer this clause with effect from 2nd December 2008 ,0000hrs. all authorized travel agents must physically submit all duly completed application form 14A together with the relevant passport, air ticket and any other relevant supporting documents to the office within the next 2 working days after the application has been input into SAVE.

3:- For example , if you have an application that is being submitted into SAVE on 28th Nov 2008,0000hrs-2359hrs(Friday),29th and 30th Nov being non working days, the allowance given to submit the application to this office will be by 2nd Dec 2008(Tuesday) latest.

4:- In addition, please adhere that all visa applications are to be handled without prejudices by your office. refusal to accept by visa application on the basis that no purchase of air ticket /travel package were made from your company is a misrepresentation of this office .

5:- Any authorized travel agents who misrepresents this office or/ and fail to comply with the requirements will be liable for warning, suspension or termination.
6:- Authorized travel agents are further advised that :-

(I) All information provided for the application must be accurate and correct (ie.All field on the form 14A).

(II) Representatives performing the role of submitting/collecting the visa application to/from this office should be well trained and well-versed in the visa submission procedure to avoid unnecessary inconvenience

7:- Applications which do not meet the above requirements will be rejected.
