1.) Photocopy of the Passport
2.) Photocopy of the Visa Page
3.) Request for the Visa Extension on the Company's letter head stating that the company undertakes full responsibility of the passenger. The letter should be addressed to:-

Foreigners Regional Registration Office
Jaisalmer House, Mansingh Road
New Delhi-110008

4.) Employment Contract
5.) Copy of the Residential permit
6.) Rental lease agreement
7.) Tax Paper/ IT returns and Form 16
